Cosmic Cycling Fun! Fun!! Fun!!!
I am a memeber of FitnessFirst club, as a member there are many benefits that you can use. One of the benefit is a group exercise called Cosmic Cycling. This is one of the many benefits that can make you loose weight in a fun cardio workout. You can take it from me, in just 2 weeks of doing it I have lost 6 pounds, can you belive that!!! Don’t think that this workout is easy it is hardwork, after i done it I could squeeze a glass of sweat out of my shirt (Eww!). So how does this Cosmic cycling make me sweat this much? Well from the word cycling you can guest it that it is done in a bicycle. Easy? WRONG!!! It’s not just riding a bike and increasing it’s resistance(incresasing it’s resistance level isn’t easy as well). You have to peddal the bike in a tempo according to a techno or a mix beat riding up(meaning your butt’s not suppose to made contact with the bike’s chair). Hard isn’t? that’s not just that, your upper body will move up and down, side to side, forward and back and many mix moves in the tempo of the music that can give you one hell of a cardio workout. You will do this in 60 minutes and the instructor gives you only 2 to 3 water breaks. How can this be fun if the workout is torturing you to death!? The fun starts when all of the elements of the work out combined that is bicycle, music and choreograph. CHOREOGRAPH?! Yup people this work out is a dance combining the tempo of the music, the upper body movement and the peddaling of the bike, this can give you sweat and fun. There are at least 10 tracks in the proggram 4 to 5 minutes per track plus the water break that is almost 60 minutes of fun workout. You can see your sweat flooding where your bike stands(eww then that means it’s not only your sweat that rain in that spot so be advise to bring alcohol for sanitation). It’s fun becuase the music is techno or mix that can turn the house upsidedown and you can’t resist to dance to it while your on the bike. Imagine having fun and burning almost 1000 calories(that’s according to the trainers). Feeling the music. Every trainner has it’s own style I suggest when you got into this program you attend the class of Lady(whose by the way her class is fully booked in ABS-CBN branch so reserve earlier) which her style is funky. She’s the best! i’m telling you this group exercise is hardwork and super fun. You can count me on that or better yet try it and feel your calories burning while having a blast(of sweat)
